OUR COMMITMENT IS TO

  • Engage with you to determine your business needs and to formalise a profile of the specific requirements of the role and compile a position description
  • Conduct an extensive industry search finding the most suitably qualified and experienced candidates available
  • Draft the advertising copy and engage our print and online media networks to promote the role locally and internationally
  • Conduct initial interviews validating candidate resumes and backgrounds and compile a candidate shortlist
  • Prepare a detailed Private and Confidential Report on each of the final candidates and present these reports to you and discuss the suitability of each candidate in further detail
  • Provide standardised documentation and interview processes to ensure you make an informed hiring decision
  • Arrange formal interviews between you and the final candidates including suggested interview questions and strategy and, if requested, we can attend the interviews
  • Conduct detailed background research on the selected candidates after the client interviews and provide a summary report of referee comments for each shortlisted candidate
  • If requested, assist to provide an employment contract which meets Australian workplace laws
  • Assist with the final negotiation of a remuneration package, other benefits and starting date with the selected candidate as directed by you
REPLACMENT COMMITMENT

OUR GUARANTEE

The Lucas Group will replace a candidate appointed through our executive search process if, during the initial agreed upon probationary period, their employment is terminated due to a candidate’s incompetence or they prove unsuitable for the position.

This replacement of a candidate is without further cost to you, our client, excluding the cost of advertising.
