With tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Management, Geoff has more than 30 years’ experience in executive recruitment, HR consulting and project management. As Director of The Lucas Group, Geoff is also an Agribusiness Representative for the Industry Skills Council of SA and a member of the SA state council for Agribusiness Australia.
Gaining experience in production-based roles and through tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Business Management, Tom was a Trading Manager involved with cereal and pulse trading. In his role at The Lucas Group, Tom Works actively across projects including recruitment, providing specialist advice to clients across Australia and New Zealand.
After completing tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Adam began his career in a generalist role with San Remo Macaroni Company. Armed with his experience working with this fast moving consumer goods brand, Adam brings a unique perspective to recruitment, supporting our clients to effectively grow their teams.
Claudia brings exceptional customer service and administration experience to The Lucas Group team. She has a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates and plays a central role in supporting our agribusiness recruitment consultants. Claudia is currently gaining formal qualifications in Human Resources.
Degree qualified in human resources, Brodie has joined our team with a background in generalist HR services across the mining, engineering, logistics and civil construction industries. As a resourcer at The Lucas Group, Brodie plays a key role in liaising with candidates and clients to identify the best fit.
Beginning her career in Human Resources in Sydney, Gabrielle joined HarperCollins Australia, one of the world’s largest publishing institutions.
This allowed her to develop exceptional organisational and communication skills and the ability to critically analyse complex problems and situations from a variety of perspectives in order to develop holistic solutions.
Gabrielle is currently undertaking a Commerce degree at Macquarie University, double majoring in Human Resource Management and International Business, minoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
